Covid-19 Update
The current pandemic has created some delays with Royal Mail. This is because of the extra volume in the postal system, however the majority of orders still arrive within the estimated time spans which are listed below.
Payment Options
Payments can be made via all major cards. You can choose between having your payment processed by Shopify or PayPal, both reliable, trusted payment providers.
All prices include UK VAT which is 20%.
Dispatch Times
Orders need to be received by 2pm to be posted on that day (Monday – Friday). On Saturdays orders need to be placed by 10am to be posted on that day. We do not post items on Sundays.
UK Delivery Times
Postage is made via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times are as follows for the UK
1st Class Post: Usually next day delivery
2nd Class Post: Usually 2 – 3 days.
International Delivery Times
Europe: 3-5 Days
Rest of the World: 5-7 Days

Shipping to UK
Postage is free to the UK. The default service used is 2nd Class post. If you would like to upgrade to 1st Class post, you can do so for a small charge when completing your order. For one card, this charge is 50p.
International Postage
We post worldwide. Most of our orders will be shipped as letters or large letters. Postage is calculated based on the weight of your order as follows
Europe
Up to 100g: £3.50 (1-2 Cards)
Up to 250g: £4.50 (3-7 Cards)
Up to 500g: £6.00 (8-13 Cards)
Any order over 500g will need to be sent as a parcel.
Up to 750g: £9
Up to 1kg: £10
Up to 1.25kg: £11
Up to 1.5kg: £12
Up to 1.75kg: £13
Up to 2kg: £14
Rest of the World
Up to 100g: £4.50 (1-2 Cards)

Returns
In line with e-commerce laws, you can return your items within 30 days. Return costs are to be paid for by the customers unless there is an error or damage to the delivery. Returned items need to be in a resellable condition. If you want to return an order, just contact us via the contact us page at the bottom of the website.
